Day 03: 08:00: Experience the city limits with a few km ride and gradually start shifting onto granny gears to pass the valley ridge into Nawakot district. Day 04: Short gradual ride on the outskirts of Bidur municipality of Nawakot as we cross the Trishuli river. Then the trail begins to get familiar with reflection of Tibetan cultural and the majestic Mt. Manaslu range joins in to flavor a farrago of mountain sight. Day 05: Today the ride is mostly uphill across amazing diversity to Gorkha, the ruling center and home of King Prithivi Narayan who conquered the feudal principalities to make a united Nepal. Explore the old fort or Gorkha Palace. Overnight Gorkha
Day 06: Mender the trail down to Bhotawadar, enjoy the outstanding down hill trail and after crossing the Marshyangdi river, we follow an 18 km tarmac road to Besishar the headquater of Lamgung district and the starting point of the round Annapurna Mountain Bike Tour. Day 07: Approx: 37.5 km Mountain Bike Ride to Tal at 1700 meters includes very narrow and deep valley with some excellent views. The trail starts gradually always following the Marsyandi River. The first highlight is crossing into Khudi demonstrating views of gorgeous Manaslu mountain range. We ride through Bhulebhule 840 m the administrative office of Annapurna Conservation Area Project. The cycling trail from this point begins to get not only interesting but also challenging to Ngadi 940 m (uphill section starts very rapidly). Since we ride the roadways to avoid the strenuous approach of first steep and dangerous hill of Bahundanda 1310 m and keep biking in a fantastic landscape, crossing several villages, Syange 1100 meters with vivid 111m high drop waterfall, Jagat at 1300 meters, Chamje 1435 meters and finally Tal 1700 meters for the night / Lodge
Day 08: Approx 22.5 km cycling to Chame 2673 meters is a tougher mountain bike ride as the road gets steeper; river canyon gets deeper, and drops next to the road become nerve wrecking. Take a peek below and you’ll be gasping for extra breath. At some points, the road is carved into a vertical cliff with deep vertical drop downs to the river but the views are breathtaking. Though not much in distance (18.5 km) the ride is obvious, it’s the most strenuous part of the trip and should take whole day to reach district headquarter of Manang - Chame 2673 meters for the night. Villages to pass by, Khotre 1850 m – Dharapani 1863 m – Bagarchap – 2165 – Chaurikharkha (yak pasture) 2430 m – Latamarang 2400 m – Koto 2600m.
Day 09: Ride to Manang 3541 meters approx 30 Km is relatively much gradual compared to previous days struggle but by no means easy though we still follow the vehicular lower trail. / Lodge
Day 10: Rest day in Manang / Lodge.
Day 11: From here, we ride our bikes almost away from last civilization to Ledar 4200 meters / Lodge.
Day 12: Trek to Throung-Phedi 4450 meters about 18.9 km / Lodge
Day 13: We reach Throung-La Pass 5416 meters for some selfie moments then start our cycling tour of the Annapurna circuit to reach Muktinath and roll into civilization once again. Hereon is one of the world's best downhill rides (you may still need to carry the bike occasionally on this section). The mountain bike trail is fairly wide level that can cover good distance quickly as there are some single tracks to avoid the dust thrown up by the frequent vehicle movements. Muktinath is is a foundation of history and culture with religious precinct above town, a pilgrimage sites for both Hindus (the 104 holy water spouts) and Buddhists (the eternal flames). Lodge.
Day 14: Ride to Marpha 34 km: Marpha the apples kingdom of Nepal; entertain yourselves to numerous products made from apple and it includes the soothing apple brandy which you can buy from the local distilleries (great souvenir to take home), provided they have not closed for season. Day 15: We ride our bikes to Tatopani and enjoy a dip into hot spring - naturally heals sprains and strains, find out if its just a social phenomenon. / Lodge
Day 16: This is the last day of our Mountain Bike Tour of the Annapurna Circuit to reach Beni a distance of 24 km. Pack up and drive to Pokhara
